Reservations are made by email (request forms are available on the website) or by telephone or whatsapp contact (+ 39 335 6341375) and are definitively confirmed after sending a deposit equal to 30% of the value of the stay.
The details for sending the deposit are communicated at the time of booking.
The deposit guarantees the reservation and is therefore non-refundable. In the event of cancellation at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, we will renew the deposit for a future stay at a time to be agreed.
In the event of late arrivals or early departures, we reserve the right to retain or demand the full agreed amount.
The balance of the stay must be paid by the day of arrival, in cash or by bank transfer (at the moment, we are not equipped with pos and are not obliged to do so as we operate as private individuals).
The Municipality of San Vincenzo applies a daily tourist tax per person aged 12 years or more, to be collected by us.
Accommodation regulations
Arrival:
Delivery of the flat is guaranteed from 16:00 onwards.
Any early delivery must be agreed in advance (subject to availability).
It is necessary to communicate the estimated time of arrival to +39 335 6341375.
On the day of departure the flat must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.
Obligation to register and tourist tax:
Upon arrival, guests are required to show identification documents to enable us to register them in accordance with the law.
The balance of the stay is required within the first few days of the stay, while the tourist tax can be paid, along with any other items, upon departure.
Tourist tax applies to each person per day, from 12 years of age.
The currently accepted forms of payment are cash or bank transfer.
Animals:
Dogs are welcome: it is the responsibility of their humans to ensure their peaceful coexistence with the other animals and people present.
Pets can be accommodated upon prior arrangement for a fee (25€ per stay per dog). Please pack your pet’s own bed or blanket.

Linen:
Normally, the flat is delivered with a supply of bed linen, bath linen (3 pieces), bath drain and dryer. If not foreseen in the booking or during your stay, it is possible to request a linen kit, with an extra charge of € 12,00 per person and also the cleaning of the flat (quotation and availability on request).
Consumption:
We invite our guests to behave responsibly when using water and air conditioning. Air conditioning should be turned off when no one is in the flat (air conditioners can cool the room in a few minutes).
Rubbish:
Rubbish and recycling must be handled according to local regulations. Separating waste is a legal obligation as well as a rule of civilisation. The main groups of waste that can be sorted are: glass – paper – multimaterial (plastic, tetrapak and metal/cans) – organic waste and finally undifferentiated waste.
On departure:
Our guests are kindly requested to let us know the day before what their expected departure time is, in order to arrange the return of the keys and the balance of any extras. On departure, we kindly ask you to turn off the lights and the fridge and to switch off the air conditioning. The kitchenette must be left clean and the rubbish removed.
